feat: upload creativos, PMax formats, portada IG/FB y seguimiento con notas

Permite subir media sin URL; previews Google PMax por ratio; calendario anual estilo Miia con filtros IG/FB y LinkedIn; seguimiento con selector de fechas, KPIs y cuadro de notas.
