Enable live Meta caption updates and partial IG/FB deletes from the pipeline.
Facebook edits in place when possible; Instagram deletes and republishes. Trash and delete-meta no longer block when only one network succeeds. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
