feat: metrics dashboard with WoW/MoM/YoY and creatives pipeline

Browse Source 
Rebuild KPIs as a real dashboard (period deltas, tenant zoom), clarify
objetivos/calendario/activos sources, and turn creatives into a status
pipeline with delete.
