feat: RRSS hub estilo Miia + Ad Tracker por cliente

Replica agua-miia/rrss (hub, archivo, octubre 2026 con 27 piezas) y añade Ad Tracker por tenant al estilo Brava (periodos, Meta+Google, CPL/clics, campañas).
