feat: KPIs con totales absolutos, backfill ads y ventas en cruce canal

Comparativas WoW/MoM/YoY muestran prev/Δ además del %; sync ads admite
histórico desde 2025; tabla ads↔CRM añade cierres, ventas y ROAS.
