Treat Brava-style SEMANA/Story/POST Excel as the official calendar template.

Harden week-grid parsing (placeholders, status rows, month wrap) and ship an October-shaped plantilla for agency uploads. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
