feat(calendario): opciones de generación, regenerar y publish IG/FB

Browse Source 
Cantidades posts/stories/reels, días, mix mismo día, instrucciones,
regenerar marcadas, texto por slide/guión reel, stories interactivas
y horarios IG/FB separados o iguales.
